If you invited me to Church…

I would probably come. Seriously.

Hope this inspires some of you to invite friends/strangers/whomever God leads you/challenges you to invite to Church, especially during Easter. If it’s awkward inviting them to your home Church, you could invite them to one of the 14 experiences at Church Online (Online times on the right) – there’s one experience every day of the week starting this Saturday! Maybe check out Church Online yourself!

Just wanted you to know that your post encouraged me to invite a friend to my Bible Study.
I like what you are doing with your blog and I marked it as a favorite. I found you through a comment you wrote on Anne Jackson's blog. Recently, I started writing a blog and I am curious about how people find your blog. I have been asking close friends to write a facebook status update about my blog.

    Hi Sara,

Thank you for the comment – It’s really encouraging to hear!

I might write about this at the end of the month, after the blogging challenge, but here is a little bit about my experiences/things I’ve learned so far:

    1. Status updates: Twitter/facebook status updates are great, maybe even emailing your close friends about the blog. One thing to try is status updates on blog posts, and having updates at different times of the day to catch different people. Putting a link to your blog in your email signature is almost a must-do :P

    2. Community: Reading & Commenting on other people’s blogs is huge. One practical example of this is that you found my blog through Anne’s blog.

    3. Consistency/Regularity: Blogging regularly and consistently is great for the long run. This one I’ve mainly read about, but I’m trusting it’s true :P

    4. It’s not easy and results are not instantaneous.

I’m hoping to check out your blog sometime =]

    Hope that helped, God bless!
